What is the Ruthven Apple Festival? 
The Ruthven Apple Festival is a fall festival hosted annually at Colasanti’s Tropical Gardens and has been a family tradition for over 45 years. Each year over 100 vendors and thousands of patron's flock to the festival grounds to enjoy live music, great food, games, a car show and shopping.  

What are the dates and times of the festival? 
The festival takes place Saturday, September 27 from 9:00am to 5:00pm and Sunday, September 28 from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Where does the festival take place? 
The festival takes place at Colasanti’s Tropical Gardens located at 1550 Road 3 E. Kingsville, ON. 

Is there parking available? 
Yes, FREE parking is available. 

What are the entry fees? 
Admission is by donation, and we will be accepting cash, along with debit and credit cards. 

Where do the proceeds from the festival go? 
The Ruthven Apple Festival is a charitable fundraiser for Community Living Essex County.  This 40+ year tradition supports the purchase and maintenance of accessible vehicles to help people with intellectual disabilities stay active in their communities. 

Are pets allowed?  
Only working service animals are permitted at the festival. 

What happens if it rains?  
This festival will take place rain or shine.

Yes! There is an ATM inside Colasanti's and many of our vendors accept debit and credit cards, along with cash.  

Is smoking permitted? 
No, there is no smoking allowed on festival grounds.

The Ruthven Apple Festival is organized by the Ruthven Apple Festival Steering Committee in partnership with Community Living Essex County and Colasanti’s Tropical Gardens.
